Dear Algonquin friends,
I am working on a project to find out the type of water in Algonquin park, and have found it quite difficult to find in research that I have previously found. I am looking whether or not the water is hard. soft, drinkable, etc. and was wondering if you had this information. If there are severe infectious contaminants located in the water, What are they and how are they removed to make safe drinking water?

     Sincerely,
              Friends at KSD!

After a great 2010 season with many incredible wildlife encounters (sea otters grooming close to the kayaks, tiny black bear cubs rambling the shoreline, multiple humpback whales, etc.) and great guests, bookings are flowing in for 2011.

Looking very forward to the summer ahead!

Hi there! I'm very interested in your horse pack trips. Would it be possible to do a multiple night trip instead of returning the same day? Ultimately I'd like to do a trip with 3 or 4 people where we stay in the wild for a few days, hunting game, cooking our own meals, etc. Is this something you guys have ever done? Any info would be much appreciated! Thanks!
